New World Panel Inc. offers construction services for your Structural Insulated Panel Systems (SIPS) building. Currently we have four homes under construction.

Building with panel, is quick, non-complicated and provides a superior thermal envelope.

Whether you are constructing a small garage, home or commercial building, panels are easy to work with and can be cut in desired lengths.

Typically panels are sent on skids to construction sites where they are cut using a standard skill saw and metal blades. Panels cut fast, quick and are easy to handle.

Panels come in lengths from 4' fot 52' but typically most panels range from 8' to 16'. The panels are connected using 16 gauge galvanized steel. The combination of the steel connectors and panel provide a superior, strong, insulated shell.

Drywall, brick and siding of any kind can be applied directly to the panel. Where the panels join or come together, screws can be inserted at this points and due to the folds in the metal, several layers of metal can be screwed into. This provides for incredible weight to be attached to the panel walls. Brick or Stone ties, air conditioning units etc. can be mounted and hung directly onto the panel using this method.

On the attached video, we show the construction of a small building using the panel. Typically a large wall...30' or so can be erected in just a matter of hours.

Panel finish. Both sides of the panel are finished in a painted baked on application this is done directly at the factory. Many customers leave the exterior panel in the original colour it was shipped in, the exterior paint finsih is UV protected.
